Laser Coaching Sessions with Kelle Sparta
What Is Laser Coaching? Laser Coaching consists of a one or two hour session in which you identify an issue you are trying to solve and we work on that issue together. It could be something as simple as creating an action plan to put in place some prospecting programs in your business, or as complex as designing a brand and marketing strategy for your new brokerage.

Scheduling Usually, Kelle schedules Laser Coaching sessions for the week following the time you place your order. If you are in dire need and there is time in her schedule, she may be able to fit you in earlier. Call to check on timing.
Session Cost Sessions are $299 per hour. Discounts are available for those purchasing in bulk. For instance someone starting or re-launching a brokerage may want to get a 10 session Coaching Block for $2500. (Discount applied at time of purchase.) Brokerages may purchase blocks of time for use with different indivdual agents. Discounts apply as listed below:
1-9 Hours $299/hour
10-24 Hours $250/hour
25-49 Hours $225/hour
50+ Hours $200/hour
Note: In order for discounts to apply, hours must be purchased in advance. No payment plans are available for discounted rates.
