Shipping Policy
All products are shipped within two business days of order.. Products ship via first class mail (no charge) unless another form of shipping is requested at time of purchase (client pays shipping). Products ship from our warehouse in Michigan and can take 1-10 days to arrive based on postal delivery routes and times for first class mail.
Returns

Our products are provided to you in digital format for your benefit. Having been an agent and bought products on paper that I then had to retype into my own system before I could make changes, I know how much time it takes to have to do this. I didn't want to have that for my clients.
The risk I take in doing it this way is that you will make copies and share them with other agents in the office rather than having the agents buy the product from me. I would hope that my clients (you) would not infringe on my copyright in this fashion. If you think the product was worth what you paid for it, please encourage your fellow agents to do the same.
