	To be an authorized affiliate of Sparta Success Systems, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Sparta Success Systems service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Sparta Success Systems affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1) You will abide by the Canned Spam Act when promoting this program. 2) You will not advertise this program on sites unrelated to real estate. This includes, but is not limited to sites containing lewd or illegal images and content. 3) You will make no assertions about our products and services that do not appear on our website or are not from your own personal experience using the products. Personal experiences should be indicated as such and should not look like general marketing text. 4) You shall not modify our logo and/or tag lines without the express written consent of the Company. 5) Affiliates are independent contractors. There is no employee relationship created in this agreement. Contractors shall receive 1099s at the end of the year and are expected to file/pay their own taxes on all income resulting from this program. 6) If two or more affiliates refer the same person to the Company, then the first affiliate to refer that person shall be the one who gets credit for any sales that result. In this instance "refer" means the first affiliate link that is followed to the Company web page.
